Do not shout, say with emphasis.
Be soft,but strong at the same time.
Be silent, when doing is more important than saying.
Set examples.
Encourage talent and creativity.
Use minimum words to express maximum things: Energy Efficiency is important.
Silence is divine, and noise is satanic.
Silence is sometimes more eloquent than energetic speech...
