Sincerity and devotion towards work....produces a lot of inner satisfaction which is simply unparalleled  in one's personal working life. These feelings of life can not and should not be  evaluated on any material yardsticks.

Most of the problems of life can be cured by devoted work on the professional front and this philosophy, if adopted in one's personal life, will benefit the individual as well as the organization. This is the real key to happiness in both personal and professional life...

External cheerfulness and sweetness in talks and behaviours will add flavor to 'leadership' qualities of the person concerned.

We should also remember that we are , most of the times, the creators of our own problems, arising out of
poor knowledge, misinformation, bad habits, lethargy, lack of clear and intuitive thinking,  and lack of ability to discriminate the 'good' and the 'bad' of things and actions....

Another biggest issue in personal happiness is monetary aspect of living a life, especially cost-controls, loans-avoidance for peace, wastage-reduction, fund-allocation, personal savings and insurance, and investment of money....Laxity in this one aspect can result into biggest blunders in terms of  loss of peace and happiness  for the entire life....


Hence, let us mind:
our finances,
our behaviours and attitudes,
sincerity and devotions towards our personal and professional duties,
fitness and health ,
insurances,
gaining newer knowledge and skills,
spirituality and prayers  for peace...

An example of toughness of purpose..

One of my students of pre-medical Physics qualified AIPMT and WBJEE , but could finally get a seat by a short margin. She decided to study medicine only and that was her only mission in life. She managed to get NOC from Govt. of India and secured a seat in MBBS in Dhaka Medical College, Bangladesh. Though she qualified for admission in Engineering, she simply did not change her mind for MBBS, a dream for a life-time for her.

Nowadays, students blindly follow a trend for higher studies ,without realizing whether they have aptitude for subjects to study and the resultant effect of this whole process is the sheer waste of human talents and energies...

We should always choose our specialized domain in a judicious manner for a life-time, so that we shall be having the right opportunity to excel in our own fields of study.
