Writing was my hobby...now almost lost

I had lost the habit of writing since long, because of wrong habits....Now I am trying to develop good habits in myself so that slowly but steadily I could overcome the barriers by GOD's grace.... It is always better to write something almost everything so that continuity of writing remains active....It is only Guruji's Grace coupled with God's Grace that I have started writing now and hope I can also write something which could of some benefit to someone, someday.... Human Resource Management ,in real and practical life will possibly remain my domain , though I wish to apply FEEDBACK CONTROL THEORY & MODELLING OF BUSINESS BEHAVIOURS FOR PRACTICAL BUSINESS FOR SELF & OTHERS... GOD BLESS US ALL....

Friendship: a dangerous thing in professional life...

There is only one thing in life, that is , focus on work and work only. Hardwork with real pleasure from the heart and without expectation of anything, according to THE BHAGAVAD GITA's primary teaching, is the only way out of solving problems of life.... Friendship at superficial level may occur at the equal level only...but that also is a temporary phase of life....Rarely we find a friendship which is really satisfying...Today's world has made poeple ruthless, unkind,cruel and sadistic in nature...and we should therefore be alert about networking with wrong elements and we should build our mental and physical fitness to be able to withstand the back-biting and fierce criticism from the surrounding... GOD IS THE ONLY ONE FRIEND IN ONE'S LIFE....THIS IS THE ONLY PRINCIPLE THAT IS THE BASIS OF SPIRITUAL AND PEACEFUL LIVING...TO ANSWER ALL TYPES OF BACK-BITING AND DIRTY POLITICS, WE MUST DEVELOP ENOUGH PATIENCE AND SUFFICIENT ASSERTIVE SILENCE WITH STRENGTH IN OURSELVES AND PRAY TO GOD TO RELIEVE US OF PAINS AND AGONIES OF LIVING A LIFE IN GREED AND EGO-DRIVEN MATERIAL LIFE.... Renewed ideas on self-management...

I still remember the classic words on the title of an excellent book 'tough times never last but tough people do'... to apply it in daily life, we need to have enough patience and take firm decisions about improving the personal and family life.... IT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO KEEP ANGER OF ANY SORT UNDER CONTROL..... TO IMPROVE PATIENCE WE CAN ENCHANT THE HOLY NAMES OF GOD AND DO SUFFICIENT SELF-TALING BEFORE DOING ANYTHING, WHATSOEVER.... IT IS UNIVERSALLY TRUE THAT PEOPLE WHO USE MINIMUM WORDS ARE NORMALLY DOING THE MOST INTELLIGENT THING IN THE WORLD.... GOD BLESS...

Handing over documents and not retaining the 'received and signed' copy on the same is the worst experience of my life...Though many things are carried out in good faith, written document is the most vital element in any matter of administration...
