Thought of the day3

My bitter experience says that my basic nature of helping others in many different ways does not get reciprocated...It happens  as most of the common people will have a tendency to work under the strong influence of lust, anger, greed, infatuation, ego and jealousy...It is common in most of the social circumstances...The basic selfishness lies deep-rooted in every heart...There are also those who can look beyond the common and the usual....They are the real winners in life as they have broadened heart and mind to embrace variety of feelings and can easily overcome the feelings of negativity and jealousy  from the apparently rich, affluent, glamorous and the mighty....

It is better to ignore the comparative assessments among the fellow beings....The hidden treasure of life are free in nature and human possessions really mean nothing to those whose thoughts are crystal-clear about life and existence...to know about about the true nature of living and devotion  we should turn our attention to spiritual books of great masters whose words and experiences will enlighten us about transitory phase of human living as well as a truly divine living....

Divine living means living with God and His omnipresence in mind, heart, body and soul....

Thought of the day2

It is always preferable to be one's own self  in both personal and public life, as we can not dance at the tune of everyone we interact or deal with....

There should be a unique style with everyone...as this is life..Life is once, we should remember...

With every passing day we gain experience, but we can not retain every lesson for applying in practice....to remind ourselves of the universal virtues of life and their applications in organizations, we should study management which reminds us those unique, universal principles of human behaviors and living.....
The study of management really helps us in managing our own lives first and thereafter moulding the lives of others, wherever possible in variety of situations...

Thought of the day...

Telling the truth is not the right way to managing people at work-place....

Thought of the day-2

Silence is divine and we should be able to worship silence in different forms...
True silence gives us a healing touch in all circumstances of pain and sorrows.....

Hence sometimes we should fight for silence and seek self-isolation to be able to talk to ourselves...
SELF-TALK  is a great cure for many of our ills.....

In great silence we really can rediscover ourselves in new style and form...

Thought of the day

The biggest problem in working for an organization is tobe able to face office politics....Though it is always dirty, we can face it with calmness if we are straight-forward and transparent in doing and saying things...
Again honesty is the best policy...
A person with dedication and honesty can be defeated only when God wants...
Saying clear 'yes' and clear 'no'  are the true art of managing things...
People with less of dedication ,sincerity and calibre will always tend towards politicizing everything and they will succeed most of the times, as they are those who know the art of 'oiling' the bosses in power...
Hence it is always better to focus on our duties and talk as least as possible.....and understand the politics and take bold actions accordingly....
I believe that things shape up materially at God's will and no human power can do any harm to anyone with honesty and integrity...

Tough times will always be temporary and the people with infinite 'patience' will win....

Winners are poeple who can endure pain, hardship and emotional distress of many kinds...
At work-place an optimum combination of formal and informal relationships should work  and finally there should be a touch of professionalism in every action that we take...

Thought of the day....

One of young friends at my previous job used to say 'at the end of the day, works should be completed, and done, irrespective of the constraints that might be involved in the process'....I liked these words very much and I am now almost used to saying myself repeatedly the same words, so as to make my day an outcome-orientation one....

Really, jobs completed in a day is the day itself...
There will be many oppositions, many provocation...
There will be many back-bites from friends and unknowns & undefineds....but if my duties, assignments and commitments are completed, I am the only one that is responsible..

Hence, we must have a definite purpose for a day, and we should take up one job at a time and finish it....
It is also important to use words of minimum quantity but with maximum impact....

We always find finest lecturers on any subject or topic, we hardly get good workers...
Good workers are the only need of any system....
