I must improve on many areas ...


  • fitness as usual
  • less of solid food & more water intake
  • not to be talkative any more
  • to be choosy about networking with people
  • to complete PhD thesis in two months from today
  • to improve concentration
  • to increase time for meditation
  • to teach better by interaction and inspiration from great teachers and orators
  • to write more on areas of interest
  • to complete Control Book by 20 days

Thought of the day...

At last I came to realize the fact that we can live happily through our devoted works only, on each day. Various distractions and mindless wandering nature of our senses and minds result into different forms of unhappiness, disturbed states, restlessness, worry and anxiety. The best way to eliminate negative emotions is that we should remain engaged in planned actions of the day and we should take time to entertain ourselves, read books, interact to learn and gather real-life experiences to enrich ourselves with fine aspects of self-management and social connectivity.
From now focus shall be on

  • work-work-work   to  eliminate disturbance and noise
  • to be engrossed in my hobbies for some time
  • to be stoic or indifferent to everything for some time
  • not to worry at all
  • not to worry about what others think and perceive
  • to concentrate on breathing for improved mental concentration
  • to be professionally alert and competent for 8-hours a day
  • to take exercise daily without fail
  • to control and eliminate bad habits
  • to strive for increase in income level
  • to be extrovert at my work-place
  • to be assertive 
  • not to be talkative, but communicative on professional matters only
  • to apply my inherent sense of humour as per daily needs  
  • to spend more time with family
  • to continue to learn and educate myself
  • to elevate my spiritual level on a continuous basis
