  • be energetic to lead others to action...
  • it is better to stop wasting valuable time...

  • produce goods and results at the end of each 45 minutes...
  • take appropriate decisions at the end of each 45 minutes sessions...
  • take a break for 10 minutes and relax....thus, we should build up strong and effective '45minutes + 10 minutes' of creative or routine work...

Evolution of a personality to enjoy life as a lion...

"Every human being is the author of his own health or disease"- Buddha

1. It is absolutely true that leading unregulated lifestyle  is the primary cause of all our illness…
2. we are also the architects of our fate…
3. today’s planned actions will decide our tomorrow’s physical and mental states…
4. it is possible to change ourselves….
5. everything is in the mind…as mind controls all of our physical activities…
6. physical activities produces such results that form the steps in the ladder of our successes….
7. yes, action is the ultimate thing in life….
8.  life is action, action and action only…
9. but, we should think very deeply before we take actions…
10. we should follow the principle of ONE JOB AT A TIME…
11. WE SHOULD USE ‘ONE WORD AT A TIME’
12. SILENT MODE is the most effective mode in one’s work life….
13. but we break ‘silence’, we must put up ‘lion-like’ voices only…

Sufferings are our toughest teachers in life...

  • suffering has no end in life...
  • sufferings originate from our desires...
  • desire for pleasure is the root of all sufferings...
  • through meditation and yoga techniques, we can realize the universal truth of nothingness or bull-shit nature of material pleasure...
  • once we realize such truth in words, actions , thoughts and behaviors, we shall move away from playing with fire that we can destroy us totally-both materially and spiritually...
  • once we get habituated to connecting with God and His Divine Lilas(COSMIC ACTIONS OF THE SUPREME LORD), we finally are able to come out of the vicious circle of pleasure-seeking ventures of a wasted human life...
  • let's connect to God as continuously as possible...
  • God's blessings will take us forward in life...
  • we fail to attain peace in life, as like fools we go on comparing ourselves with others in the society and we get disturbed by the so-called colorful lives of other people....
  • people are basically skeletons and ashes,  with a raw brains and raw intelligence...
  • when such a raw brain attains true devotion to God, raw intelligence tends to unfold its potential to grow and develop....
  • to remove suffering from, we must surrender to God and sacrifice all kinds of material enjoyments...
  • material enjoyments are so transitory in nature and full of nonsensical attachments, such that it is really toughest to get rid of sufferings of pains and frustration arising out of being actively engrossed in what has no permanence in the journey of life...
  • we are born alone, and we must search God in ourselves all alone...
  • till we reach God in our innermost existence, we must go on pursuing meditation, yoga and pranayama practices...
  • God, God, God...invisible, infinitely conscious, supremely intelligent, supremely kind & compassionate, all-pervading, omnipresent and omniscient , eternally blissful, eternal creator-maintainer-destroyer... is our best friend in life...Only one Best Friend, Guardian, most kind and forgiving... for one and all of us...He has no religion, sect, color or creed...Let's be His true servants, We must do His work till death...We must Pray...We must surrender ourselves completely to Him and Him only...and till the ned we must practice one religion called FEARLESSNESS

  • depression is cured in a few days' time...
  • hence, it is best to depend on meditation, instead of depending on medication...
  • a lot of researches in renowned universities has proved many times the tremendous positive effects of meditation on human body and mind...
  • doing meditation is also simple...
  • the simplest way is to sit in Vajrasana posture and close the eyes and then focusing upon the movement/flow of one's own breathing including flow of oxygen at the cell level....
  • daily practice of this simple technique for half an hour will transform our body and mind to a newer spiritual height....
  • as we move higher in the spiritual plane, we tend to feel oneness with God and we finally get detached from all kinds of material entanglements and desires

To live a meaningful life ?

·       The most beautiful combination in any human life is formation of a perfect solution of Thoughts-Actions-Talks(TAT) making a unit whole existence of a person….
·       TAT must be one, and any deviation indicates that the person does not possess honesty and integrity…
·       It is quite difficult to trust anybody in this Kali-Yug, and hence it is best to be choosy about any kind of human networking…
·       Honesty gives us peace and happiness..
·       External glamour and material prosperity hardly matter for an honest and upright man…
·       It is best not to allow anyone to meet without prior appointment , as most of the casual interactions basically bullshit…
·       Negotiation of monetary component is quite important and hence we must take special care of financial give-and-take…
·       It is best to be outspoken , most of the times, as people tend to exploit the good nature of a person…
·       We must develop super-specialist domain skills so that we could earn good amount of money for a decent living…
·       Society is in general very cruel in the matter of giving money and help…
·       We should do excellent marketing of our knowledge and skills, and earn money through honest hard work…
·       For attaining innermost peace, we must try hard to lead a spiritual life with set principles and ideals….
·       A God-dependent life is truly a human life…
·       God loves us and we should take care of His Divine Principles of peace and satisfaction….
·       For health care, we should accept nature cures and remedies , as far as possible…

Living with simplicity and humility: an eternal philosophy…

·    Living with simplicity will bring least of tension, anxieties and worries…
·    A stressful life is at the root of evils like life-style disorders such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer, neurological illness…
·    A stressful life can do little good to anyone…
·    He himself is a source of tension to his family and others….
·    Keeping life simple ensures that we invite minimum problems to ourselves….
·    We should try to overcome most of our desires to keep away sins from life….
·    A person without desire is quite close to God…
·    Telling lies makes life more and more complicated and stressful..
·    Simplicity also makes cost of living minimum…
·    Minimum cost of living means least of personal stress…
·    If we can avoid fast food and other nonsensical items of modern life, we shall be able to build health and fitness…
·    People running after money by cheating the general public and telling a lot of lies  are the culprits whom we tend to follow as our ideals of modern times…
·    Our society is primarily suffering from two cancerous diseases: population explosion and wide-spread corrupt at all levels…
·    People are basically misdirected towards so called sparkling aspects of western living….
·    People have become money-earning machines and have no philosophy, ideal or ideology of living a life…
·    People acquire more and more money through cheating, muscle power and corruption….
·    People tend to have slaves at their command…
·    Such slaves displays artificial glamour to common people and try to earn plastic respects…
·    Many of the great and the rich people are products of corruption, cheating, use of muscle power and ethical businesses…

The art of living: professional life and its quality

·    Acquisition of knowledge must relate to some practical human application
·    Dry knowledge without much practical significance is all rubbish
·    Work is joy, and hence it is best to be able enjoy it on a daily basis
·    Without doing enough work, life will always be dull and hence we shall be poorer day by day…
·    Hard work brings enough money for  a decent living….
·    Good work for others brings peace and satisfaction….
·    Laziness invites poverty of all sorts…
·    And sins bring sorrows and pain…
·    We hence must try hard to develop efficiency and effectiveness in what we do…
·    An efficient and effective person will be able to earn good amount of money to sustain a healthy living for himself and his family…
·    Tall-takers are hardly doers. These people should never be trusted…
·    Doers are accurate-brief-clear in their communication…
·    We must do what speak about and think about…
·    We become what think most of the time…
·    Thinking makes the man…
·    Thinking reflects the future actions we should be taking to achieving something…
·    Our thinking ability defines the quality of people we are….
·    Hence we should improve our inner qualities so that our actions are creatively shaped and executed…
·    We must develop positive attitudes towards learning newer things at any age…
·    We should be open-minded, flexible and dynamic, but at the same time we must be rigid about our basic principles and ideals…
·    We should never imitate others…
·    Style is the man and hence we should develop our own style of doing things…
·    We must pay attention to finer details of what we are doing now…
·    We may be slow, but must be steady at what we do…
·    We should plan well, and such plan must be executed in a proper time-frame…

Open to learning matters a lot at the personal level...

  • we must learn continuously...
  • learning is primarily an attitude of life...
  • we must be able to apply what we learn...
  • applying knowledge in real life is a great challenge...
  • we should be open to new ideas...
  • but, we must take our own decisions, after consulting the experts on a particular subject...
