Work-efficiency can be improved by applying Four Universal Laws...

  • Apply the law of Thought: change your thoughts and thinking process, and actions will follow
  • Apply the Law of Change: Change is inevitable, either automatic or manual....make certain changes manually, the results also must change for the better
  • Apply the law of Vision
  • Apply the law of Command

You are either motivated or frustrated, it depends upon the philosophy of life and attitudes adopted by yourself...

  • Attitudes matter in continuous learning & keeping up high performance...
  • Philosophy of life embraces your style of thinking, doing things and inner aspirations & spiritual orientation
  • Frustrated comes from poor results, but we forget that poor results come from our efforts, hard work and persevering perspiration...

Spiritual evolution is the true identity of one's real nature...

Real success can not be and should not be quantified by material prosperity...

  • success should not be quantified on a superficial basis, as it involves infinite variety of parameters
  • success in attaining peace and happiness is the biggest achievement in one's life
  • Material success and mindless consumerism strip us mental peace, happiness and bond with the family members, humanity, feelings of respect, love and affection to the near and dear ones
  • By trying to attain material successes , most of the times, basic things of life and living are neglected: health, relaxation, kind words, sleep, happiness of the family family and friends, selfless contribution to the fellow citizens
  • Success, many times, gives rise to extreme problems of EGO-SEX-POWER-MONEY-ANGER-JEALOUSY and consequently ruins a person....
  • Real success brings smile and cheerfulness to hundreds of people around you...Are you really success

Nobody can dictate my inner conscience and convictions...

  • We are as good as our deep convictions and faiths and personal culture, hobbies and inclinations
  • If we open up our minds to the external words and activities, we find that our present conditions are the results of the levels of perfections we maintained at different points of life in the past...
  • We are responsible for our present state
  • We hardly can blame others for our frustration, as we did not have enough focus , concentration and tenacity to pursue our targets and goals

We are as good as what we think we are.....Without faith in ourselves, there can no excellence in any action we undertake....

  • Thinking makes the man
  • All our actions are preceded by our thinking only
  • Thinking in the right manner and deep focus on those components produce urge to act
  • Action produces some results
  • Results slowly take  us to the path of realization
  • Through realization and practice of many years, we tend to learn the Truth, Devotion and  Unconditional Love for God

If we can not change ourselves, there will be little chance for growth and progress...

  • We should try continuously to improve our will-power through meditation and Yoga
  • Changes can be brought about mostly by applying our will-power and self-discipline only
  • That we shall improve ourselves should be taken as a religious duty for an individual
  • Physical exercise should be taken as part of daily religious and spiritual activities
  • We should not be least bothered about what others say about ourselves, as extra-ordinary people behave in different manners
  • A few people will understand your inner mind and hence one should be unique in our behaviours-words-actions-attitudes: This truth must be made a part and parcel of our daily lives
  • BE YOURSELF will be our ever-green principles of living
  • CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISMS  should sometimes be allowed, as we do not have enough time for each and everyone in the society

Our skills in anything are as good as our practices on those same areas...we should practice what we are already good at...

We lose most of happy moments due to unfounded fears and worries...we should therefore develop flexible attitudes towards life and actions

Personal excellence depends highly upon Universal & Natural Laws: perspiration under these laws will produce concrete results in the long run...

  • Natural and Universal laws do not vary from person to person
  • There is unique ways of attaining excellence for each individual
  • We should not imitate other successful personalities, we should only try to follow some of principles and practices
  • We should be regular in practice of excellence in our daily life
  • What others say hardly matters , if your inner voice and conscience have firm convictions in your actions

The book PERSONAL EXCELLENCE edited by Ken Shelton is an excellent book for Leadership Development among professional Managers...

  • Success and prosperity and inner satisfaction are basically based upon certain universal principles of managing the self
  • Thoughts-actions-focus of goals-tenacity-faith on our abilities -clarity of vision are the building blocks of achieving excellence in one's personal domain of activities
  • A vacillating mind results into sustained unproductive states and hence can not achieve much in life
  • Changing our thoughts and attitudes and being re-energized for renewed enthusiasm on a daily basis will be milestones for one's personal growth and development

We are basically souls having body as our cover, we need have devotion, detachment and disinterestedness to realize the Truth...

Everyday we should execute 4-9 no. of meaningful and planned jobs for ourselves, family and the society together....to keep our mental health sound, steady and cheerful...

  • I try to write down a number of most important points for the day

  • I try to stick to those points to work in that direction

  • Time-management is the biggest challenge of modern living

  • I try to devote 1-1.5 hours on fitness related work in the morning

  • I nowadays prefer vegetarian food only

  • I try to get entertainment through listening to spiritual/folk songs and music on a daily basis

  • I am also trying some more time on my hobby i.e. playing chess to keep mentally fit and sound

In practical management affairs, a lot of dramatics is involved, because management involves influencing thoughts and actions of others...

To excel in anything, one must be decisive about what he or she does....decision-making & acting accordingly is an art in itself....

If we have the abilities to change our thoughts, we can change ourselves for the better....

Fools criticize others, only the intelligent ones work hard towards elimination of their weaknesses on a continuous basis...

  • It is truly foolish to give attention to the faults, weaknesses and wrong-doings of others
  • Doing so is sheer waste of time
  • It poisons our own minds
  • Brighter side of others will always a source of inspiration for all of us
  • We improve by following the best practices, performances and behaviours, if we are really open to learning
  • We are known for our recognized Knowledge-Skills-Attitudes(KSA's) only,,,not for that of others
  • It takes a lot of time to learn and practice SELF-DISCIPLNED

Achievements are attained through perspiration based upon some inspiration, mostly spiritual ones...

Concentration of our minds on our work takes us away from the fruitless thinking, worries and tension...

  • Focussing our mental energy makes work better for something meaningful

  • We should meditate on powerful ideas and ideals

  • We should keep ourselves busy with our hobbies as well as professional jobs

  • Being talkative means telling more and more lies and therefore wasting our valuable time and energy

  • Worries and tension never create anything for anyone , and hence we should keep busy doing things we love

  • Before advising others, we should listen to our own inner advice and hence act accordingly

  • Books are our best friends and hence we should devote some part of the day in reading good and inspirational books and articles

Hard work pays in the long run, but we should keep ourselves really fit and stout to be consistently hard-working...

Brain and heart should coordinate closely with a sense of tenacity to do better in life
