Mathematical Formula for success...

It is said that according to Albert Einstein, one of the greatest geniuses the world has ever seen, success can be defined by the following formula: S=x+y+z S=success x=work y=play z='keeping one's mouth shut' This is very interesting for every aspirant for sucess and prosperity in life..... Many things can said and written on the subject...but it ,in my view the formula is not at all debatable.... Once upon a time I said to SOME OF my friends at TECHNO INDIA that NEWTON'S LAWS OF MOTION ARE EQUALLY FOR HUMAN LIFE ,PHILOSOPHICALLY....for example, every action has equal and opposite reaction.......though the timing ogf the reaction to act may vary as per the real-life situations..

The greatest challenge at work-place....

Managing human elements at the work-place is the biggest challenge at the work-place.....ESPM(Ego,sex,power,money) Factors of life are to be considered first before deciding to act boldly on any matter concerning interpersonal problems..... Another big factor is handling one's own self in maintaining a cheerful personality for most of the human interactions at work-place....and it is always better not to be emotional about anything...and it is always better to be highly logical,... at the same time it is best to be using our common sense....

Learning to live a life....

It is very difficult to understand and then to realize the ART OF LIVING. If a person passes through various grinding processes of real-life problems, slowly the ART OF LIVING gets revealed to him or her.... Some poeple understand it from early stages of life, some are not able to learn the same even till the end of life...Its quite natural..as we are born with innate abilities to learn and such abilities get refined through family grooming, and environmental interactions..... But the laws of living are to be identified by individual persons, as she or he progresses in life. Here the greatest secrets of happiness lies in the following line: HAPPIEST IS THE MAN WHO LIVES ALIFE WITH LEAST OF DEMANDS, WANTS AND NEEDS.....says your friend SISIR MAZUMDER.... The best way out of resolving various crises of life is slowing down life and calming down the mind and its processes to decide the optimum course of action... THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE OF PRACTICAL LIFE LIES IN 'decision-making' in the domain of one's own activities and thinking process, as all our actio9ns are primarily the resultant effect of our mental processes..... Therefore, I can rightly say: MIND IS THE MAN, JUST LIKE 'STYLE IS THE MAN'.....
