Mind-body coordination & healthy Living

Mind has a great effect on the physiological functioning of the body. Hence we should take care of our mental processes to keep ourselves fit and energetic. Mind consumes a lot of our physical energy and negative mental thinking can exhaust greater part of our total energy. The best way to tackle this problem is to have a thoroughly planned Daily Action Plan(DAP) which can systematise our thoughts and actions to produce fruitful actions and thoughts. To control mental processes involving negative emotions, we must remain in meditation for a long time on a daily basis. One of the toughest problem is in controlling the mind. If we are mentally fit, body will respond positively to that and act accordingly. Without fitness, we can not overcome most of the negative emotions of life like fear, inferiority complex, timidity, submissiveness, lack of decision-making, lack of Energy,Vigor and Vitality and Leadership(EVVL). EVV governs the success factors in our social and professional life. Hence we should try to develop a lifestyle for ourselves based on the principle of EVVL. In our thought and actions we should indirectly display EVVL to be able to lead a satisfied life at the end of each day. We should have the right kind of tenacity,detremination, courage and leadership to survive in this modern world which has possibly consumed most of our human values and ethics, where we are supposed to fight constantly against the dishonest,crooked, anti-socials and the politician-criminal nexus.We must fight until death. Fighting against dishonesty can be one of the big missions of life. Fighting can of various forms. I believe that non-violence with non-cooperation is a method which can cure the existing social diseases permanently...
