Motivation

Motivation is created by our mental constitution and inclinations. Motivation is at the root of success of any endeavour. Motivation opens up creativity of the mind and creates many possibilities of doing things. There are professional speakers who can help us shake off lethargy and inaction. But it may have temporary effect. Self-reminder is the greatest medicine in this regard. We should continuously remind ourselves of our practical duties and responsibilities.
We forget our plans. We forget vital information. We forget about the important decisions taken.
We forget our principles of living. We forget our past sufferings... Hence we can try to remind ourselves of all such things through the writings in Daily Action Plan(DAP) Diary we need to maintain.
Writings in my diary work wonder for me in daily life...
Anyone can test this for himself/herself...
Self-reminder creates a process of self-motivation...
