Solving technical problems by Management Principles

  • Have a thorough study of the cause-effect relationships of the systems under consideration

  • Go in to details of physics, chemistry and mathematics of the plant, process, relationships, operational behaviours of the system concerned

  • Building a schematic diagram or block diagram or layout drawing will be an added advantage for any manager

  • Have a clear picture by analysing the system and the sub-systems

  • Identify the core problem

  • Break down the problem into sub-problems

  • Solve the sub-problems

  • Integrate and arrange the solutions in logical sequence

  • Review the solution

  • Analyse and see how practically feasible  the solutions are

  • Analyse how cost-effective the the practical solution is

  • Educate people and innovate and implement

  • Study the performance of the system

  • Educate and innovate on a continuous basis

  • Give attention to the finer details and innovate to excel

  • See, you are one of the best in the field

  • If not, work harder to excel
