Highlights of my working experience part-I

  • Flatterers or chamchas win in most of the cases of conflicts
  • Interpersonal conflicts, because of ego-centric behaviors only
  • People try to pull you down
  • For recognizing talents, only talents are required
  • At the end of the day . work done matters a lot...
  • Dedication towards assignments and matter ultimately gets recognition
  • "Power and politics" occupy the central place among the while-collar workers
  • Corrupts are punished in majority of the cases, selectively
  • None is a friend when real self-interest is concerned
  • Use and throw principles are practiced in most of the cases of talent -utilization
  • Dull people are more dangerous than the intelligent ones
  • Speaking the truth will do more harm than speaking lies
  • People generally show-off their caliber, though they may have it
  • It is better to keep mouth shut, unless and until some emergency situation arises
  • It is better to remain dynamic and flexible to keep going
