Fighting ill health: the real struggle of my life


  • The real cause of my ill health is my lack of self-control
  • I must change my habit of  late rising
  • I should go to bed by 11 pm and rise at 5.30 am in the morning
  • Breathing exercise & meditation for one hour a day
  • Need to work harder for generating alternate professional activities
  • Need to take vegetarian diet to detoxify the body
  • I need to explore the sleeping lion within
