Overcoming frustration


  • to remain engaged in some productive activities on a continuous basis

  • to think, to strategize and prioritise at the end of day and start next day with DAILY ACTION PLAN (DAP)

  • gap-less hard work will relieve us of the inner frustration to a great extent

  • enhancing fitness by regular exercise only

  • to devote enough time for yoga and meditation

  • to share ideas with friends and well-wishers to generate ideas and ideals of achieving higher levels of success and prosperity

  • We should remember the golden words: TOUGH TIMES NEVER LAST, BUT TOUGH PEOPLE DO

  • WE SHOULD THINK BIG, ACT BIG AND LEAVE THE FINAL RESULTS TO GOD 

  • We should not expect instant results for every job we do

  • our tenacity and determination in performing high-standard jobs will produce results in appropriate time, we only need to be patient and tough about our ideas and ideals
