Life-style changes


  • I must eliminate all my wrong habits

  • I should rise early and go for a morning walk everyday

  • Yoga-asanas for one hour needs be continued

  • Meditation for fifteen minutes is a must for my health

  • Breathing exercise for 20-30 minutes is essential for me , as advised by my physician

  • Not to use computer for a long time

  • To avoid sedentary life-style at any cost

  • To enjoy spiritual living, as I did in the past

  • Spiritual living will give relief from stress, tension and worries
