I am trying to be sincere learner first..

• A teacher like should be life-long learner. Sometimes, I forget this fact...
• We should inculcate life-long learning among our students too...
• World is an open book of lessons from variety of people around us...
• If we give a certain level of attention to words and actions of others, we shall surely find a few great lessons that are usually not covered in the books...
• Today I learnt from our head of the department that complex problems may also be solved diplomatically, in a simpler way, by letting things go....
• Tact, diplomacy and rapport are critical components of work life...
• Over-honesty and over-simplicity are always bad at the practical work and social life...
• It is better to tactfully avoid many things which are usually not in our domain of professional responsibilities...
• We can also learn a lot of things from the younger ones who are basically full of life, energy, enthusiasm and creativity...
• Young people have a lot of inner potential to do great things in life and experienced people are  supposed to take the responsibility of guiding them towards the right path....
• Teacher should behave themselves as friend , philosopher and guide in thinking, speaking and doing things in life....
