Yoga and Pranayam


  • I was fortunate to have attended a short duration of workshop on Yoga , Pranayam (Breathing Exercise) and meditation
  • These exercises have great benefits on personal health
  • Modern medical cures are of short duration and in most cases suppresses symptoms of various illnesses
  • Modern medical system is unable to cure most of the critical illnesses
  • Modern medical system is thoroughly commercialised, and hence out of reach of the common people
  • Therefore, we should try alternative medical cure systems originated from Ancient India
