Overcoming frustration


  • Thinking positive itself is a big challenge

  • Keeping fit is the biggest challenge in life

  • To keep frustration away, I should try to remain engaged in activities related to my favourite domains

  • I should try to be optimistic in my approach towards daily living

  • I should try to build good habits

  • I should less lethargic

  • I should work harder

  • I should focus my energy on my domain

  • I should improve knowledge, skills and attitudes(KSA)

  • I should take care of the mental fitness by engaging my brain in creative activities

  • I should talk less and do more work

  • I should take care of my diet
