Detoxifying activities for both body and mind for a better living


  • Drinking more water, around 4 litres a day
  • Eating as less as possible, small quantity at one time
  • Never to burden the stomach, liver and pancreas
  • Doing breathing exercises regularly for an hour a day
  • Focusing on important activities and taking time to relax 
  • Not to be on computer for a long duration at a stretch
  • Not to consume alcohol, except in social occasions
  • To try hard to stop smoking
  • Seeking alternative remedies for major/minor illnesses
  • Cleaning mental desires and garbage by meditating & enchanting of the HOLY NAMES
  • To utilise time in doing creating activities
  • Improving personal skills
  • Reading good books
  • Taking essential medicines regularly
  • Producing tangible outputs , at the end of the day
  • Being in a cheerful mood
  • Not be negative on any matter
  • Doing one job at a time
  • Reducing worries and tension by doing breathing exercises learnt from the expert
  • Not to entangled in financial complexity and trap
  • Doing meditation on God
  • Thinking positive
  • Preparing the mind to do hard work on specific issues
