Lifestyle problems


  • Lifestyle problems originate from laziness and lethargy
  • In 24 hours' time, we do not manage time well
  • Besides 8 hours ' of professional activities, we should devotedly set aside time for physical exercise, drinking sufficient water, enjoying sunlight & fresh air, enjoying humour, reading books, papers, magazines for drawing inspiration , spending time with family etc.
  • The proportion of physical work, mental work and sleep & relaxation determines the level of  our physical well being & mental soundness 
  • We can do some mental exercise such as solving puzzles, brain teasers, playing chess etc. so that we are mentally fit
  • Mental fitness is of utmost importance
  • Logical and rational component of our brain should well
  • Sometimes, we become illogical and do things that do a lot of harm later on
  • Logical, Mathematical and Intuitive thinking are the foundation of our actual performance
  • Be logical
  • Try to be better in Mathematics
  • Develop intuitive thinking about any vital decision that will guide you to meaningful actions
  • Our actions should be meaningful
  • We are the representative of our actions
  • We represent our actions 
  • 'What am I doing now?' One needs to ask oneself
  • 'Am I wasting my valuable time'?
  • Am I focused on my present time ?
  • If you keep your life simple and humble, lifestyle disorders will slowly vanish
  • Wrong sleeping hours, junk or fast food intake, lack of physical exercise, wrong work-methods, , networking with wrong & dishonest people, relationship problems, and absence of love, compassion & sacrifice will lead to serious lifestyle and psychiatric problems
  • We should manage time well to be able to relieved of serious problems in terms of ill health and mental problems
