  • To keep away from frustration, we shall have to remain involved in meaningful activities throughout the day 
  • To avoid exhaustion and fatigue, we should set time for relaxation, sleep and rest
  • If we sit idle, many unproductive thoughts will storm our brains and will result into depressive states
  • We should prepare ourselves to take decisive actions
  • THINK-DECIDE-ACT will be our policy for attaining higher productivity
  • Behind all these , we need a high level of self-motivation and self-inspiartion and self-discipline
  • Without discipline, nothing great can ever be achieved
  • To ensure discipline in the environment,, we should instil discipline in all our activities
