Mental strength is very important in managing difficult situations/people


  • To be frank, mind is the man
  • Mind defines all our actions
  • Change of mind results into changes in actions
  • We should take care of the mind and its processes to identify our existence as well as the perceptions of the outer world
  • A sound mind resides in a sound body & hence we should care of both body and mind
  • Body and mind should act in harmony for a a balanced living
  • Difficult situations can be handled by a strong mind only
  • We must build up patience and tolerance to cope up with difficult situations
  • To deal with difficult people , we should master human psychology & analyse various peculiar problems with different people
  • We should listen to difficult people to understand the fundamental aspects  of the interaction & then we should respond with utmost care
  • Listening solves most of our daily problems
  • Non-essential Talking , in many cases, invites problems
  • We should improve our mental tenacity & concentration  by yoga & meditation
  • Yoga & Meditation should be part and parcel of our lives for being happy & peaceful
  • Yoga & Meditation will slowly calm down our minds and all ills such as worries, tension and anxiety will fly away from our lives
