  • I am struggling for good health
  • I must overcome my bad habits first
  • I have got good results in healing my sleeping disorder by doing breathing exercise 
  • I need to rise early in the morning for devoting more time in doing exercises
  • I need to improve my finance by cost control
  • I should devote more time for meditation
  • I should not waste time and energy any more
  • I should focus building & enhancing core skills required for my job
  • I should devote more time for generating alternative income for saving money for the future
  • I should try to store potential energy in my body and mind
  • I should try to talk as less as possible
