Thoughts of the day


  • Today, I could spend some time on studying about MEDITATION
  • I also tried meditating for some time and I found it quite interesting
  • There are great number of benefits of meditation
  • It relieves us of stress, anxiety
  • Meditation refreshes the brain and improves its general functioning including improving our memory
  • Meditation helps us feel good with ourselves
  • It takes us to higher level of inner consciousness & transforms our abilities to newer levels of excellence
  • To excel personally and to improve our will force, we may try meditation under the guidance of an expert
  • One very common technique of meditation is my being focused on our breathing process for a considerably long duration....
  • Meditation pacifies our mind and stops unnecessary mental chattering
