  • Smoking is doing a lot of harm; doctors are advising me to apply will-power to get rid of this ugly habit...
  • Walking has a lot of benefits; and hence to have a regular practice of the same for early morning...
  • To drink 4 liters of water on each day
  • To go to bed by 11 pm at night
  • To practice BREATHING EXERCISES to improve health parameters
  • To practice MEDITATION for a longer duration
  • Mental health has great impact on physical health...and hence we should enjoy mental pleasure as much as possible
