Professional values...

Professionalism means, to me, doing justice to professional productivity with high level of honesty, integrity and responsibility. The very first thing is to justify our salaries by doing enough work and by keeping enough records. We should be worker first and leader later. Working in an private organization is highly challenging, as the situations have less predictability. We must be able to deliver the goods and at the same time, we should be aware of the political undercurrents of the environment.
If we work with honesty, punctuality and responsibilty and keep records of the actions taken by us, we can enjoy a good time.
The secret of success lies in 'Working With Pleasure'(WWP). Any kind of mental or emotional barrier will destroy the pleasure of working. Hence we should be mentally tough to handle all kinds of bad situations. We should try to be a perfectionists as far as possible to keep our mental toughness intact.
We should display sufficient respect to the seniors in the organization. We should explain things with outspokenness , without being rude in any manner. We should have enough self-confidence to face various tough situations. WWP needs a lot of guts and toughness. We must maintain a strong body language that displays our honesty, integrity and sense of responsibility...

Let us work with pleasure and be happy all the time.

God bless...
