Tips:
1.to talk less and listen more from relevant characters
2.whenever needed, talk clearly and boldly ,if you are honest
3.eat less, and drink more water for fitness
4.do spiritual meditation for about half an hour a day
5. remain conscious of your duties and responsibilities and act accordingly
6.for curing illnesses you should also try yoga and various alternative medicines under the guidance of an expert
7.try to remain silent for about 10 hours a day for furthering your spiritual and self-realization
8.develop your knowledge base everyday
9.network with the finest minds you know for sharing your thoughts,feelings and emotions.
