Bad times in life

I experienced many ups and downs in my life and there was a time in which my mind was full of fear. Fear about anything. I was at the verge of collapse.But one thing to which I tried to stick to is that I enchant the Holy Names of God at the time of those bad feelings. I still enchant those Holy Names whenever I am in fear or pain of any kind. I strongly believe in the miracles of God. A human being has only limited power and our fate depends on our prayers to the Almighty. Prayer has no alternative and it should be continued throughout our lifetime.
