Yoga & Meditation

Yogic exercise combined with Meditation can control the flow of thoughts in our minds and hence can bring peace and harmony in our personal and social lives. The final state of all spiritual practices is a controlled mind. A controlled mind can achieve highest level of mental peace. The most destructive thought in the mind is the constant thought of physical enjoyment which is found to be an illusion and a very temporary state or feeling. Hedonism of any kind lands up in frustration.Frustration leads to depression and depression leads to mental suicide.
