Survival of the fittest


  • The fittest survives the ups and downs of life and living
  • Without being fit and strong, we can not get due recognition of our actions
  • It requires a lot of hard work and tenacity to build fitness
  • I am presently struggling for my fitness
  • Fitness needs pains to be taken
  • We should be mentally prepared to accept hardships and struggle for fitness and strength
  • Mental and physical strengths go together
  • A healthier mind ensures a healthier body
  • We should throw out negativity from our minds
  • We can convert negativity into positives , if we can change our attitudes towards life
  • Attitudinal change is the most important factor in bringing about drastic and long-lasting changes in our lives
  • Try again and again is the only principle here
  • We should change on a daily basis
  • We should not up hopes
  • We are bounded by our thinking abilities
  • We should change our thinking to change our practical actions
  • We should balance the theories and the practicals
  • We should not be over-serious about happenings in life. We can also inject some sense of humour into life's serious aspects
  • We should not be stressed, as far as possible
