Spirituality is the highest human virtue

  • In management affairs, we can apply spirituality
  • Spirituality defines the core philosophies of living and existence of a human being on the earth
  • If a person is spiritually developed, he will have a more balanced philosophy of life and living
  • A spiritually oriented individual will always adopt certain great qualities such as non-violence, tolerance, brotherhood, compassion, kindness, affection and detachment towards the material entanglements
  • A spiritual person will always a good fellow who surrenders majority of the things to God's will, and he will always be a person of discipline and love
  • Spirituality drives us to ethical actions and meaningful actions that lead to the greater welfare of the society
  • There are three most visible factors in the lives of a spiritual personality: detachment, disinterestedness and devotion
  • We should note that all ills of a society originate from attachment to material enjoyments and greed for money, wealth and sex
  • Self control is the biggest quality of a spiritual being
  • Unconditional love is the greatest asset of a spiritually oriented person
  • God is everything, and on His Will we take birth and die, we should understand
  • God is omnipresent and Omniscient
  • God is compassionate and hence we all should try to be compassionate towards all His creations
  • A spiritual man is respected for the great virtues such as sacrifice, wisdom, compassion and friendliness
  • Spirituality means God-dependent living styles
  • God only can give us peace, happiness and prosperity through His kind blessings
  • We should always seek the blessings of God through our silent prayers
  • We should sacrifice the fruits of our labour to God and we should not be much  attached to the material aspects of living to be happy
  • More greedy & lustful  we are, more will life be painful
  • We should try to cleanse our mental garbage to be spiritual
  • God-dependent living is the vital aspect of spiritual living
  • In the world of God, everything runs on automation
