Achieving personal excellence


  • We need to be most regular in taking physical exercises
  • Our feeling of happiness is dependent on our level of fitness
  • We should work harder to perfect our ways of doing things
  • We should continuously try to form better and effective habits in our daily lives
  • Due to lack of will power and courage, I had lost many great opportunities in the past
  • We should do some manual jobs everyday 
  • We should pursue our hobbies for mental satisfaction
  • We should build up tenacity and determination to execute our daily plans
  • We should produce results
  • We should shake off all kinds of laziness and lethargy to excel in our jobs
  • We should take special care of our health parameters
  • We should try to apply the principle of DO IT NOW
  • We should set higher standards of performance for ourselves to do better
  • Everyday we should try to evolve as a better and stronger person internally
  • We should stick to our plans
  • We should take care of COST CONTROL
  • We should slowly come out of unregulated lifestyles, if any
  • We should follow the principle of BE YOUR OWN BOSS
