  • Making efforts to change lifestyle, as per advice of my physician
  • Trying to be a better teacher with qualities of professionalism
  • Trying to manage time well
  • Drinking 4 litres of water per day
  • Avoiding non-vegetarian foods
  • Trying to detoxify my body and mind on a daily basis
  • Trying to improve my courage and confidence
  • Trying to talk as less as possible
  • Trying to give high quality services to my students
  • Avoiding all types fast foods
  • Devoting time for fitness improvement
  • Trying to use my common sense
  • Trying to excel on many matters
  • Trying to apply the principle of DO IT NOW
  • Trying to learn from my mistakes and also from that of others
