Yogic life

Even in household life, we can adopt a yogic living. We should spend one hour's time in yoga exercises including breathing exercise for 15 minutes. We can remain fit and stay young for the whole life. For fitness, we should drink 4-6 litres of water per day. For common and chronic ailments, we can take Homoeopathic/Biochemic medicines under the advice of an expert. Alongwith all these we should lead a life full of Applications of Intelligence, Creativity and Innovation(AICI) and Constant Remembrance of God (CRG) to stay young and healthy. AICI and CRG together can make us live a happy and satisfied life.
