Peaceful Living for students-1

I have taught hundreds/thousands of students for last 14 years and I have observed that student-psychology is a complicated subject on which a teacher should have mastery. The major drawbacks/shortcomings/defects of majority of the students are:
1.they are not focussed on what they should
2.they lack in mental concentration
3.they suffer from identity crisis
4.they are frustrated about their future prospects
5.they are mostly inclined towards materialistic possessions and enjoyments
6.they do not much inclination towards things which will not satisfy their self-interests
7.they are naturally overconfident about anything, as they do not have sufficient knowledge about the concerned subject
8.they do not have much common sense about social aspect of life
9.they are mostly believers of 'give and take'

Remedy for all these problems lies in mentoring the students towards the right path. Mentoring by an experienced teacher is hlepful in getting the students out of the shell of illusion. The students should be convinced that they make the best of their time in every sphere of activity like studies, playing games, participating in various kinds of creative and extra-curricular activities so keep the mind evergreeen and active for fruitful endeavors. They should be trained to give service to others, as giving service really benefits us in getting tremendous satisfaction and peace. Only professional hard work will not help them in deriving true happiness. A self-controlled and self-disciplined life with a sense of sacrifice for others is essential for achieving a life of happiness and peace.
