Managerial complexity must be dealt with simple, straight-forward and common sense truths and realities


  • We must have common sense to be good managers

  • We should attack the problems with arithmetical accuracy

  • We should build a mathematical and psychological models of the members of the team

  • WE must know about the skills and knowledge  of others

  • We should be confident about ourselves:we  must know our strengths and weaknesses too

  • We should try to give freedom to our juniors for their intellectual development
