Lessons from the present life


  • 'One job at a time' is the best principle for improving  personal productivity

  • Measured talks can improve interpersonal communication

  • We can cope up with tensions, worries and depression through spiritual living

  • We should be able to be decisive in all matters of importance

  • We should not worry about the past.

  • We should focus on the present assignments only so that we need not worry about the future

  • Cost control can save us from financial difficulty

  • A sound and cheerful mind will keep us away from majority of physical ailments

  • Yogic exercises  and pranayam (breathing exercise)  will be greatly helpful ,only when our mind is full of purity, prayer, bliss, love, and unconditional service to humanity

  • Egoism, jealousy, envy, anger, prejudices, bias, lust, dishonest, and uncontrolled desires produces extreme negative reactions in our body producing harmful chemicals and these chemicals are responsible for our sufferings from common illnesses such as insomnia, high blood pressure and high blood pressure, gastric ulcers etc.
