For all good teachers, teaching is more a passion or a hobby than a professional compulsion. Teaching is more about learning and then putting forward ideas and concepts that ignites the minds of the students for newer thinking and absorbing the concepts at the best possible form which can be applied in practice. Pure knowledge that does not directly or indirectly benefits practical life of the common man has little usefulness...Theoretical pundits and tall-talkers have little significance in real life....It is always better to strike a balance between theory and the hardware practices that would be of some practical use in the lives of the common people....
Making the subject matter simple , lucid and interesting to the learners are the primary goals of a good teacher...Teaching brings inner satisfaction that has no matching in earthly life...Over-professionalism and a mechanistic way of disciplining students really mars the true purpose of a teaching-learnin system...
