Faith is the foundation of a genuine spiritual living....

When I reflect on the true meaning and purpose of life , I divide it into two distinct parts: (1) material aspects of living and the essence of material pleasures and enjoyments, (2) Completely detached form of living with the thoughts of God-realization or Self-realization

Part-1: Hedonistic lifestyles revolves round the transitory pleasures and sorrows in time domain. They originate from basic instincts of seeking pleasure through sense organs and continuous search for them in various forms that are boundless for a mind full of ignorance, curiosity and fantasy....Unlimited desires and their gratification results into total frustration in the long run, due to the inherent limitations of enjoying pleasures through ill-cultured senses....finally frustration, depression, wrong-doings, use of brutal force, perversion comes down on the minds leading to drainage of vital energy and finally self-destruction and almost like the death of a street-dog....

Part-2: Here , after realizing the limitations of a hedonistic life, an intelligent being realizes the existence of life as a united whole of the eternal Divine Consciousness that is the root of everything that exists....thereby seeking His blessings through complete and unconditional surrender to God for complete liberation from the cycles of both pleasure and pain....
Beyond pleasure and pain lies a state that is permanently in an enlightened state which is internally driven by the graceful Will of the Almighty...
Such a life is based on self-realization and faith...
The easiest path to such a state of perpetual happiness arises from Bhakti or Devotion...
To be blessed with devotion, we must seek the company of the true sadhus, and holy men who lives on the thoughts of God and God only...
