Coping up with the pressure of daily life.....

The ways are multifaceted: some of them are

Avoiding people whom I do not like from heart,

Taking extreme caution about What I Say,

Being choosy about the people with whom I spend time for mental relaxation,

Having human dignity and respect to all people I interact with...,

Avoiding arguing with people who adamant and not dynamic in attitudes....,

Switching off the mobile phone, while relaxing ....

Review of my work-place performance on a daily basis....

Having faith in God and prayers to HIM, at all times...,

Having patience to tolerate things which I can not change presently...,

Having a good sleep at night....
