Yoga on a daily basis can heal us both physical diseases and mental turmoils

Yoga,meditation and pranayama have long-lasting effect on both body and mind. The effect is tremendously positive. If we try them, we shall feel the benefits in a few minutes' time. The combined effect of the three exercise will keep us cool,calm and at the same time highly alert.
