In the name of customer-satisfaction, many things are going on in the world of business.

To me it means:
1. delivering quality goods and services only, no exception should be considered

2. Continuous process of ensuring quality & feedback systems

3. Maintenance of 'Patience' under any condition/provocation

4. Empathy

5. High level of mutual respect

6. No hidden agenda or cheating of any kind

7. No falsehood in advertisement

9. Honesty in all matters

10. To work with " no education is ever complete.." in mind
