Techniques of achieving perpetual happiness...

1. To be beyond the clutches of LUST,ANGER,GREED,INFATUATION,EGO AND JEALOUSY(LAGIEJ) all the time,
2. To be engaged in meaning activities , all the time
3. To be perfect in eating, sleeping, and enjoyment of fun and pleasure...
4. To meditate on God as long as possible
5. To practice Yoga on a daily basis
6. To control mind for achieving complete SELFLESSNESS
