Self-discipline

Self-discipline is at the root of divine enlightenment. We should purify our sense organs by controlling our minds through the holy names of God. We should try to lead a God-dependent life which will bring unthinkable pleasures and joys in life. Talking to God and also self-talk will lead to control of mind and control of mind will ultimately reveal the secrets of life and existence, as control of mind results into serenity of the mind.
