Need to be goal-oriented and relaxed from now onwards by minimizing waste of time...

Management of time occupies a most important aspect of today's life. We can have a healthy time-management in our lives  by doing the following:


  • minimizing commitments
  • optimum level of networking in society
  • having enough sleep and relaxation..
  • having some time for lighter moments
  • being serious with work
  • having time for pursuing hobbies
  • spending time with family members
  • doing regular physical exercise as well as meditation
