Performance is more important than pedigree....

  • Producing tangible outputs at the end of the day really matter
  • Tall talkers hardly contribute anything to a system
  • An efficient and competent professional does not have to work hard, he only works smart
  • Pedigree sometimes is a barrier to growth, as attitudes sometimes are very poor
  • Performance requires clear understanding of the subject matter & an ability to summarize and converging thinking
  • A performer hardly uses any excuse to shirk his or her duties
  • To a performer, time-management skills really matter
