Thought of the day

To get mental peace , we should use a few  special technical commands  on a continuous basis, whenever we remember that we need peace, in our brain systems & thinking process:


  • refresh
  • relax
  • be cool
  • select
  • edit
  • delete
  • save
  • then 'refresh' again
  • then 'relax' again
  • pause
  • break
  • align
  • justify
  • format a 'drive'
  • connect
  • disconnect
  • isolate
  • forget
  • upgrade  etc. etc.
Human body and mind functioning are quite similar to the functions of a computer systems.
