·       Really a challenging and an elevated role in any complex work environment…..
·       These nine skills-set must be developed through practical training and development in any individual with very educational background.
·       Especially, planning is the most challenging job, as persons with strong vision and farsightedness and a decent background in practical Mathematics & statistics can be good in planning & designing job
·       Leading & motivating are the biggest interpersonal roles a manager excels in
·       For being a excellent Manager-Leader one needs to planned-organized and systematic in approach towards any assignment/project
