Thought of the day: attaining mental peace


The level of mental peace one enjoys depends on the lifestyle one follows. An undisturbed mind is achieved ,not through a hectic lifestyle, but through regular practice of yoga posture that ensures balanced secretion of hormones.
If we practice yoga on a regular basis, we can feel the internal changes that take place. Even the thought-patterns get completely changed and our inner attitudes and perception improve to a great extent.
An integrated and balanced personality develops through regularity of the practice of selected yoga postures.
