Thought of the day: Anger Management

To be creative on a daily basis, we should concentrate on things that requires 'changes' and we should take genuine initiatives to bring about the changes slowly but steady.
Things do not change overnight. It takes a lot of planning and hard work to communicate and coordinate to make the possible changes visible.
The biggest change required is in the attitudes and thinking process and a genuine urge to do something that will be of benefits to the society....

As people dissipate a lot of time and energy in actions arising out of jealousy, and anger, the net outcome is really frustrating and violent.
We should permanently delete these negative emotions from our minds, instead we should be able to transform negative energies into more and more creative activities...
Anger is a destructive emotion that kills intelligence and thereby invite violent and destructive activities....
We should convert anger into more fruitful and creative endeavours so that our inner virtues blossom and we could be able to serve the society in the interest of common people and youngsters....

Let us abandon anger and love peace in our personal capacities...
